The apartment on offer is located in the historic center of San Vincenzo, just a few steps away from the various shops along the pedestrian street. The sea and the equipped beaches of the center can be reached in a couple of minutes on foot at most. Ideal for those who want to forget about using the car by leaving it parked in the spacious private garden that the apartment offers. The apartment can accommodate up to a maximum of 5 people and is composed as follows: - Spacious kitchen equipped with everything needed for cooking (including a washing machine). - Large living room with sofa bed + LCD TV corner. - Spacious double bedroom. - Spacious bedroom with 2 single beds. - 2 complete bathrooms with shower cubicles. - Terrace equipped with garden table, chairs, and umbrella, ideal for meals. - Large fenced garden for parking the car. Conditions: The rent is weekly, from Saturday to Saturday, and the cost varies depending on the season and the number of occupants (maximum five occupants). Arrivals are expected, unless otherwise agreed, on Saturdays between 2:00 pm and 3:00 pm, while departures are by 10:00 am. Short stays are allowed in the mid-low season. Deposit: €100 refunded at the end of the stay upon verification of the apartment's condition. Tourist tax: €1 per person per day - excluding children under 12 years old. Small, well-behaved pets are accepted, subject to advance notice.
